Please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 03 5442 2111 to make an appointment. If the office is not attended one of our friendly staff will call you back the following business day.
For anybody that has cancelled their travel plans and are awaiting refunds, please be patient. We are constantly monitoring and checking policies to ensure that we can obtain the best possible outcome for you. Some airline refunds are taking around 7 months to provide refunds to us.

We are open and are happy to take enquiry for future travel as there will be some great options coming through for 2021 and 2022. Many suppliers have introduced flexible booking policies which can provide confidence to make your next holiday resrevation
