TEMPORARY OFFICE HOURS
To keep our staff safe we have made the decision to temporarily close our office to clients from 5.30pm Thursday 26th March until further notice.
You can still email us on email@example.com and one of the staff will get back to you, alternately you are able to call the office on 03 5442 2111 and leave a message.
The office is attended each day from 10.30am - 2.30pm but we are not able to take face to face appointments. We have made contact with all clients regrading existing travel arrangements.
For anybody that has cancelled their travel and are awaiting refunds, please be patient. We are constantly monitoring and checking policies to ensure that we can obtain the best possible outcome for you. Airline refunds are taking between 12 - 26 weeks depending on the airline.
Please be patient as we work our way through.
We are open and are happy to take enquiry for future travel as there will be some great options coming through for 2021.
